We have conducted reports for third parties as well as our internal use on the acquisition of existing hotels as well as construction of new Hotels. The feasibility addresses the current situation as well as modifications and improvements to the facility and operations.
 
Development
We have close working relationships with Real Estate Developers, Architects and Interior Designers. We handle project management in-house efficiently and handle the design from minor renovations and refurbishments to ground-up constructions.

  • Conduct frequent scheduled telephone conference call meeting to monitor group sales pace, assist properties in market segment saturation and to help staff strategize and adjust to help overcome soft revenue periods.
